T.SHIRT x DARVIN SILVA ” TAN FACED CHILDREN EP”

At a loss for words. To see growth is as difficult as to catch yourself falling asleep. Time passes and eventually we all change but it goes unseen to you, and for the most part to those that are around, only when you miss something can you truly appreciate it. That is why in this case that rule does not apply. I have been by the side of these two artists for more than half my life but most importantly the most productive and life altering half of my life (given my mother and father raised me right and have set me forth to be the person that i am, but these are the people who have molded me to become the hungry, artistic, and brutally talented man that i am becoming). I digress however, going back to the fact that i have been directly involved and influenced by these two guys and their craft and their personalities that to be able to see their growth as it happens and be influenced directly by the decision they are making is monumental in itself.

This EP “The Tan Faced Children” is exceptionally magnificent as it captures their full potential, but only scratches the surfacce of their true worth in the music that will one day be looked upon as a testament to why they ARE SO SIGNIFICANT TO THE CHANGING TIDE AND THAT WHICH WE CONSIDER TO BE CLASSIC MUSIC. As Shirt quotes J. Cole “My story ain’t the only one I’m trying to tell” i stand behind that, for as much as i know their struggle and see it clearer than i have ever seen it before within Shirt’s words and Darvin’s beat selection and mixing. I proudly stand behind these stories to only say that this is no fabrication… this is our lives on record, this is our struggle, this is our heartfelt battle with the ups as much as the downs, i proudly present to you “The Tan Faced Children” Both integral memebers of my life and growth but of our Hot Mop Family T. Shirt and Darvin Silva.

P.S. my bad i have to let you know what i think, this EP is incredible and was not posted earlier because I had’t listened to it before todays train ride so I felt obligated to do so before giving full support, push and backing of it.

I grow with you my brothers i am only as strong as the links that are my chain and your growth is inspiring. I humbly and proudly bow my new era fitted to you both.

Big shout out to The Connoisseurs Of Culture (The Couch Sessions, Different Kitchen and Please Dont Stare) for recognizing their talent and grind.

Thank you now back to your scheduled programing that is your life.
